Spicy baked pumpkin
Steps:
- Wash the pumpkin, cut it in big pieces and slice them
- Cut off the skin from the slices and cut into little squares
- Take a form and butter it
- Put pumpkin squares in the form, add some salt and pepper (black / red / Cayenne pepper) and make an even layer
- Bake in the oven till ready ( ≈ 20 mins)
Eat spicy baked pumpkin with a salad, meat or as an independent dish. Enjoy a healthy snack!
Halloween pumpkin pie
Ingredients:
- 400 g of pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 80 g of semolina
- sugar
- cinnamon / orange zest
Steps:
- Grate pumpkin
- Heat semolina on a pan till golden
- Add sugar and baked soda to semolina, mix all together
- Add eggs into pumpkin, mix all together
- Mix dry and wet ingredients
- Add cinnamon / orange zest
- Butter a form
- Put the mixture into the form and bake about 40 minutes on low heat
- Cool the pumpkin pie and cut into pieces

Pumpkin corn porridge
Steps:
- Wash the pumpkin, cut it in big pieces and slice them
- Cut off the skin from the slices and cut into little squares
- Put the pumpkin into a form and bake in the microwave for about 5 minutes
- Add 3 tablespoons of corn cereals into boiling water and cook till ready
- Put baked pumpkin on the top of the corn porridge and sweeten with maple syrup
